I’ve helped elite runners, all-conference athletes, college soccer players, semi-professional athletes, and weekend warriors overcome pain and injury to get back to their sport. I understand how frustrating it is to be on the sidelines while your team wins the championship and know just how badly you want to be “normal” again.
It takes more than some massage, an ice pack, and a couple of days off for athletes to feel like themselves. By working with me, we can get you back to feeling your best.

The Game Changer Physical Therapy Method
You may have heard of physical therapy or tried physical therapy elsewhere. My goal at Game Changer is to provide you with the best outcomes, get you back to your sport as fast as possible, and treat you as the individual that you are.
When it comes to your treatment, it’s important that we assess your current life and sports schedule, your injury history, the demands of your sport, the activities you want to ultimately get back to, as well as your overall schedule and time available to complete not only your in-clinic sessions, but your homework as well.
You will not come into the clinic 2-3x/week for 8-12 weeks. Typically I will see patients 1x/week for 4-6 visits total.
Because I am able to give you 1-1 attention during every appointment and you’re not passed between providers, that means we work super efficiently: no re-telling of your story every time you come in or doing the same exercises over-and-over again. We gather some updates and get right back into the swing of things.
During each session, you’ll get a blend of manual techniques that are appropriate for your diagnosis/injury as well as your preferences and exercises that are targeted and specific so that everything every exercise and every rep of those exercises will help you move toward achieving your goals.
