I’m a physical therapist, exercise physiologist, sports lover, athlete, mom, and wife to my best friend. Here’s a little more about me:
I went to Eastern Washington University and graduated with honors as a Doctor of Physical Therapy
I became a runner at the age of 26
I’ve run in seven half marathons since 2018
I love all things Disney, Harry Potter (shout out to my fellow Slytherins), and Star Wars
You can count me in for any vacation that involves sunshine and the beach (bonus points for warm weather!)
I adore my puppy, Arlo! He’s the sweetest Goldendoodle you’ll ever meet.
I became a mom in 2024 to the most adorable baby boy
I’ve taken extra courses in dry needling (I’m certified in dry needling through AAMT) and in helping pregnant and postpartum athletes
Family is one of the greatest influences in my life, and I might be biased, but I’ve got the best one around. I am happiest spending time with my husband, Austin, our son, and Arlo, whether we’re traveling on vacation or hanging out at home.
So, what sets me apart from all the rest?
I have a passion for what I do, helping athletes make the biggest comeback of their careers. Of course, I enjoy all the things - wellness, sports, and exercise, but there’s more to it. I love working with my athletes and helping them achieve their highest level of success, both on and off the field.
And that’s why I started my own clinic - dedicated to taking care of athletes, where I make the rules and do things my way, which is a game changer.
